Property protection carries a difficulty the others do not: the dog must live with people it did not choose. Rotating staff, contractors, delivery lorries, machinery.
A dog that reacts to all of that does not protect the estate. It halts the operation. The training focuses on telling routine from exception, and on accepting authority from more than one person.
