Why this dog
Guarding a property and working in service are opposite demands.
A service dog needs continuous drive. It is called out, it works, it rests, it is called out again. The guardian of a home needs the opposite. It needs to remain: alert for hours while nothing happens, asleep near a child, calm with visitors, and right in the instant something actually happens.
What separates the two is not courage. It is discernment, and discernment is not taught on a course. It takes years, and it is the one part of the work with no shortcut.
The Malinois was selected to work in shifts, with continuous drive. That is why it excels in police service, and it is exactly the same reason it is demanding inside a home. What a property guardian is asked for is the opposite: to remain.
The German Shepherd was selected for versatility. Structure for the work, and a head that decides on its own when no one is giving orders. That axis, strength with discernment, is what we pursue in training.
The difference is in tone. The guardian of a property does not need drive for a whole shift. It needs to be right at the right moment, and calm at every other one.

Where the dogs come from
The dogs are born here. The breeding stock is our own, built from the first dogs we imported directly from China in 2024.
Importing from the source, rather than buying a finished dog from a third party, is what makes provenance verifiable: every litter is born to parents who live here, not to a story attached to the animal on arrival.
Who runs it
Douglas Maia runs the business and answers for the provenance of the kennel. The training is led by Diego, who has been doing it since 2020.
Both names appear because anyone taking a protection dog home has the right to know who trained it, and to ask that person whatever they want.

First encountered the Laizhou Hong in China, in 2020, and imported the first dogs four years later, in 2024. The kennel here descends from those dogs.
He supplies the dog. Never the handler.
Provenance, and how to verify it
The kennel is registered with the China Kennel Union under no. 335108. The CKU keeps a public kennel lookup at chongaibao.com/query.html, under the 犬舍查询 tab — "kennel search". That is the number to look for.
The Laizhou Hong has a breed standard published by the CBKC under no. NR 32, in Group 11.
None of this depends on taking our word for it. That is why it is written with the number and with the address of the lookup.
