The process
Eight steps
From first contact to annual recertification. It takes months, and that is deliberate.
First conversation
We learn your routine, your home, who lives with you and what you expect. We send photos and video of the dogs that make sense for your case.
Visit to the training centre
The most important step, and it is mandatory. You meet the dogs in person, see where they live, watch the work and talk to the people who train them.
This step is mandatory.
Choosing the dog
The choice is made together. We recommend, you decide. Sometimes our recommendation is to wait for the right dog rather than close on the one that is available.
Reservation
The agreement is formalised and the dog reserved. From here the training is designed around your specific context.
Final preparation
The dog is prepared for your environment: type of residence, family composition, other animals, travel routine.
Delivery and training
We bring the dog to you. Two sessions, five days in total, at your home. You and your family learn to handle the dog.
Maintenance
Annual recertification recommended for the dog’s whole life. Keeps obedience, stability and protection work sharp.
Follow-up
Thirty days of close follow-up, with us reaching out, plus sixty more of direct access to the team. After those ninety days, consulting remains available, online or in person, as a contracted service.
How long it takes
We do not publish a timeline because it depends on the dog. When a finished dog exists at the level you need, delivery is quick. When the right dog is still in training, the timeline is the training, and we give you the date as soon as the dog is chosen. We would rather give a date we keep than publish a number that fits everyone.
