Privacy Policy

Processing happens when you complete a form on the site. Simply browsing does not generate any collection of personal data.

When you submit the form, the following are processed:

• ·Identification and contact: name, email address and telephone.
• ·Location: city, state and country.
• ·Request details: intended purpose, desired training level, interest in consulting, type of residence, presence of children and other animals, previous experience with a guard dog, and intended timeframe.
• ·Content you write: the free-text message and how you found us.
• ·Record of consent: date and time, the full text accepted, the version of this policy, and the IP address.

The page the request came from is also recorded.

The data is processed to assess whether the request is a fit and to handle the conversation that follows.

There is no automated decision with legal effect on you. The internal score that orders incoming requests is a triage tool for the team, and no refusal is made by it alone.

There is no sale, assignment or sharing with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Consent of the data subject, under art. 7, I, of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018. The form requires express agreement and records the full text presented to you at the moment of collection.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the address in section 1. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before it.

This site uses one first-party cookie to store your choice about cookies. It is necessary for that decision to be respected on later visits, and it exists even when you decline.

Audience measurement tools are only loaded after your explicit acceptance in the notice. Until you accept, no third-party script runs and no identifier is sent anywhere.

If you decline, the site works in full. The refusal can be changed at any time by clearing the browser cookies for this domain.

• ·Requests not converted into a contract: 24 months from the last contact between the parties.
• ·Requests converted into a contract: for the term of the contract and for 5 years after it ends, the limitation period applicable to consumer claims.
• ·Backups: overwritten within 90 days.

Once these periods end, the records are deleted.

Processing relies on cloud hosting and email delivery providers, engaged under confidentiality obligations and restricted to the purposes in section 3.

There is no sharing with third parties beyond the processors necessary to deliver the service.

Under art. 18 of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 you are entitled to: confirmation that processing exists; access to the data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent.

Any of these rights is exercised through the address in section 1, with a reply within 15 days.

Deletion, when requested, is final: the record is removed, not merely flagged as removed.

Technical and administrative safeguards are in place, including authenticated access control to administrative areas and traffic encryption. Data submitted through the form is not written to application logs.

Each version of this policy carries its own identifier, and the version in force at the time of collection is the one bound to your consent. Later changes do not apply retroactively to consent already given.
