Seasonal and long-term rental
A beach house sits empty ten months a year. A farm has more perimeter than people. A renovation opens the house to people you have never met. A change of routine exposes the family for a period with a beginning and an end.
Not every need for a guardian is permanent. That does not mean it tolerates improvisation. A dog arriving for one season has to be as ready as one that stays for good, because the risk does not shrink just because it is temporary.

By season
For the period when the property is occupied, or precisely for the one when it is not.
The dog arrives trained, with its routine already established, and returns at the end of the contract. You take on no breeding, no training, and no animal left in the house once the need has passed.

Long term
A monthly or annual contract, for those who want a guardian without entering into breeding and training.
The dog is ours and stays ours. We rent the animal; we do not provide a security service. No guards, no patrols, no monitoring centre.

What we expect from you
We rent by suitability, not by order of arrival.
Before any proposal there is a conversation and a visit. Who lives in the house, how old the children are, what other animals already live there, who will handle the dog day to day, what the perimeter looks like and what the routine of coming and going is.
A property and a family that do not meet the conditions do not receive a dog. That is not a commercial posture. It is what keeps people safe, and what stops an animal shaped over years from being undone in a few weeks.
